The system may be temporary suspended at any time. All click and collect orders must be cancelled giving a minimum of 60 minutes notice of the collection time. If orders are cancelled within 60 minutes of the collection/deliver time no refunds will be given. All products are subject to availability. You should check your order at the time of collection before leaving the store as no exchanges or refunds will be issued for missing items or inadequate quantities once the products have left the store after collection

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and the actual delivery time may vary from the estimate. We aim to deliver within 45 minutes of receiving the order, although this could be up to an hour and half during busy periods. We aim for collection orders to be ready 30 minutes after receiving an order, but this could be up to an hour during busy periods.
If you require a refund, please call to discuss. Refunds cannot be offered for paid orders that are not collected within their time slot. Refunds will only be given in the method as the order was paid. Refund Policy: We may refund part or all your order where: 1) Items you have ordered through the click & collect/delivery service are not available 2) Proof of ‘failure to deliver’ can be substantiated 3) You have contacted us within 5 hours of the collection time and brought your issue or concern to our attention
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required.
